PROVERB PRACTICALS

Proverbs 5:22, His own iniquities shall take the wicked himself, and he shall be holden with the cords of his sins. For sin has ropes which bind. For sin itself has within it traps and snares. Satan has been at the trap and snare business a lot longer than the sinner who has been around a few years. Just who do you think will win, Son, unless you, in faith, seek refuge in the Lord. Are you capable in seeing the traps and snares on the road of sin that the devil has cleverly concealed? Are you willing to go against God’s word which warns you of impending doom on the devil’s road that will certainly capture the sinner in its pitfalls. The devil has no street lights on his road. Only darkness to try to conceal evil deeds but without light the sinner is doomed on his road. In darkness shall he stay on that road for sin binds him to it. The sinner thinks that he can give up sin as he so chooses but that is the siren call of the devil. False and deceitful as the nature of the devil is. He can do no other but to deceive. and he shall be holden with the cords of his sins. And like the trapped animal there is no hope of getting loose from those cords.
