About the Teacher  ~  Ludwig Opager is a Chicagoan by birth but a Floridian by the will of God.   Saved by our Lord Jesus Christ over forty five years ago, he has been privileged to serve Him in ministry at Grace Bible Church and Santa Rosa Christian School in Milton, Florida in the capacities of Christian school teacher, Business Administrator,  Sunday School Superintendent and teacher, and writer of  varied articles and the column  "Proverb Practicals" for "The Projector."   He is a civil engineer graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology and served the United States Navy as the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction in Danang, Vietnam, and at Fleet Activities, Sasebo, Japan among other naval commands, and as a civilian he served in the capacity of  Director of Engineering at Naval Air Station, Whiting Field, Milton, Florida.   For eighteen years, he and his wife Nancy opened up their home to provide the Children's Christian Boarding Home, in order to afford many children an opportunity to attend Santa Rosa Christian School.    The Opager's have one son, one daughter-in- law, three daughters, three sons in law, one grandson and four granddaughters.
